What does the monthly rental price include?
The monthly rent includes an on-site receptionist to answer your calls, stocked kitchen facilities, daily cleaning, utilities – including electricity and water, maintenance of building and security system, high Speed Internet, P.O.Box and generic fax line, equipment – including photocopiers, shredders etc.
What sizes of office are offered?
The office sizes range from 100sqft upto 1,000sqft based on your requirement.

Can i upgrade or downgrade my office space?
You can upgrade or downgrade your office space anytime during the tenure of your office lease.

Depending on the license you are looking to establish it would take anywhere between 1-3 weeks for the process.
