“Austria Business Center is a very professional place to have your office and each office has 3 secretaries to answer your phone line when you are out and they have 3 nice and clean meeting rooms for your use which is included in your package and this makes a nice impression when you have clients over. The building is the closest building to the Palm Jumeirah Tram Stop so if where you live is close to the tram or the metro you really do not need even to have a car in Dubai to get to work but there is parking if you need it. Another thing that is real nice is the Concord Tower is one of the few buildings in this Free Zone that will take local companies even if you do not have a Free Zone Company because it is one of the few buildings in this Free Zone that is DED approved.”
